Yes, we certainly do! We offer a preview option if you'd like to review the artwork before it's finalized. We start by using the photo you’ve uploaded, but don't worry our artists personally review every image for quality before they begin. If your photo isn't quite clear enough to create a great portrait, we’ll reach out right away so you can send us a different one.

At Fur and Paws, all of our items are made-to-order based on your specific preferences. Because of this, we do not offer refunds unless there is a verified manufacturing error on our part.

If you return an item due to a manufacturing issue, once it's received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
