Refunds

At Fur and Paws, all of our items are made-to-order based on your specific preferences. Because of this, we do not offer refunds unless there is a verified manufacturing error on our part.

If you return an item due to a manufacturing issue, once it's received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds can take some time to officially post.

  3. Reach out to your bank—there may be a delay in processing.

If you’ve completed all of these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us directly for assistance.

Sale Items

All products, including sale items, are custom-made to order. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.

Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect. If you believe your order was made in error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
